SHIPPING POLICY
FitCulture offers free standard post on all Australian online orders. All orders will be shipped with Australia Post.

All tracking IDs will be sent via email when your order has been shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when entering as FitCulture will not take responsibility for incorrect addresses. FitCulture will also not take responsibility for parcels that have been given an authority to leave.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
FitCulture offers a 14 day return policy where if you change your mind and the bands are still in their original packaging they can be returned for a full refund. Any cases outside of the 14 days will be treated on an individual basis with no guarantees to be made.
FitCultures return policy also extends to faulty product. If you believe your bands are faulty, please email photo evidence along with your order number to sarah.fitculture@gmail.com and we will again evaluate all faults on a case by case basis.
